The sauna and jacuzzi with views to Mt Pelmo was a great bonus, in addition to delicious dinner and breakfast and impeccably clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pillows were a bit thin.

車がないと、宿泊施設までのアクセスは大変だが、周辺環境、ホテルの部屋のテラスからの眺望等はすばらしい。コルティナのホテル代はこの世のものとは思えないほどのぼったくり価格で卒倒するレベルであるが、San Vitoにある当該施設はそこまでではなく、比較的良心的な価格設定（シングルルームで予約時期が超早かったことが主因であるが）であること、またスタッフの対応が良いこともPositiveに評価できる。
良くないというより、留意事項として以下述べる。
・車がなく、当方のようにSan Vito Centroのバス停より歩くと、20分ほどの坂道を上り続けなくてはならず、スーツケースなど持っていようものなら、途中で失神をしてしまうこと請負である。ただホテルの従業員は大変親切で、事前に車で送迎するとの連絡を受けていた（タダかどうかは確認していない）ので、荷物が多い場合は、素直にそれに従った方が良い。
・朝食はすばらしいが、某国人の団体がいる場合は御用心。クロワッサン等の高級な部類に入るパンをブルドーザーのように根こそぎ持っていってしまい、ホテルも補充をしないので、団体様がいなくなった後は、安いパンしか残っていない。おいちいパンが食べたければ、団体様に負けないようにしなくてはならない。
