The location.
The fact that some other visitors was swimming at 00.30 and making a noise and that there was no control on that. I found it disrespectful and unpleasant.

Sea view was appealing
Load shedding and noisy generator.
Lack of hospitality by owner and inexperienced young staffmember.
After long day on the road and driving through informal settlement we did not feel welcomed. Frustrating admin forms to complete.
Property exterior needs maintenance.
After we cancelled our sub standard accomodation at the pool omongst noisy neighbours we enquired about another room which we had to pay extra for.
This was a lengthy and frustrating process late afternoon.
