Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

Staff members really made this place - Ivy, Sunny and Min. Very helpful, informative & generally delightful. The complimentary walking tour around town with Cindy was excellent. Easy walk into town. The room was nice enough and having a little balcony was nice too.

A little overpriced for pretty basic lodging and not the fault of hotel but neighbours dog barked consistently each morning.

Min, Ivy and Sunny and the others were extremely friendly. Min took us thru the heritage of Hoi Ann and places of interest. History too. The travel tours were also arranged by them. Rooms and in house facilities were just right (missed the TV though). Awesome describes the stay at Hoianese Tranquil

We had a wonderful experience at Hoianese Hotel! Even though we only stayed for one night and booked at the last minute, everything was great from start to finish. A special thank you to Sunny and Ivy, who gave us such a warm and welcoming experience when we arrived. It was our first time visiting Hoi An, and Sunny was incredibly helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the area. Thanks to her recommendations and detailed information, we were able to enjoy Hoi An without missing any of the important things to see and do. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An!

The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear noise from outside the room quite clearly, which was a little inconvenient, especially at night.

Ivy and Sunny are the best hosts ever !! Their suggestions were amazing and we felt truly happy during our stay. The hotel location is perfect.
