The host was outstanding. He picked us up at the train/bus station. The guesthouse was very clean. There was coffee and tea available. The kitchen had everything. The room was a great size for 2 adults and 2 children. There was tatami flooring which was lovely. Traditional sleeping on the floor with mattresses, pillow and comforter. There are alot of toys for kids. The host has a son who was well-mannered and fun. The house was large. There were toilets on both floors. The showers were downstairs. The stairs are steep. There are towels available, shower soap, shampoo, dish soap, umbrellas, clogs, ramen and a collection of One Piece books. I bought a pair of Mt Fuji chopsticks rests. There are alot of bikes and ebikes down the street. There is parking. There is a large grocery store 15 min walk away. Uber comes quickly. A Japanese restaurant just a few blocks away. The host was attentive.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt spacious and clean. The kitchen was shared and always kept clean. They provided free coffee and shuttle transfer at certain times. The host is very kind and welcoming.

It is in a quiet communtiy so we had good sleep. The sitting room is facing the Fuji Mountain, with very good view.

The guesthouse is very cozy, and the host is thoughtful and kind. If I go to Fuji again, I’ll choose here to stay for more time.
