    I had stayed at a Nest hotel a number of years ago and thought it was fine, so when looking for a hotel this month, I thought this one would be fine. What completely shocked and upset my family was that as we went to go out after the first night, we were making the bed ourselves and when the duvet cover slipped on the side, we noticed a sizeable bloodstain. Angered and in disbelief that a hotel would continue to use bedding with such a noticeable bloodstain on it (pictured), we called the front desk. The front desk didn’t apologize, and when they asked if the stain was on the cover or the futon (comforter) itself, we assumed they were asking to better understand the situation. In fact, it was because they only replaced the comforter with the stain on it! This was unbelievable to us and shows a complete lack for sanitary standards at the hotel. It says volumes about how lazy and cheap this hotel is that they wouldn’t bother to replace the entire bedding set. The foreign cleaning staff who brought us the new comforter was incredibly apologetic. In contrast, the front desk staff was very rude and does not greet guests as they arrive or leave. On the first evening when we returned to the hotel after dinner, we found that the front desk staff were not even at the front desk, but they were outside the hotel’s front door chatting. This hotel lacks basic decorum and sanitary standards and should be avoided. At the least, for the price they are charging, you should be able to find a hotel that doesn’t have peeling wallpaper and bloodstains on their bedding.

    We were a group of 5, 2 couples and one single and stayed in 3x Economy double rooms. They were small as is expected in Tokyo but really good for the purpose. Can recommend. Quite easy access to transport via several connecting stations nearby

    This hotel was well located, only 20 minutes to Shibuya via train. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The carpets felt grimey underfoot, curtains broken, marks all over walls, damp spots and corners of room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, caked with dust. Was also quite dark, even based on the 10th floor. Okay for the price but wouldn’t stay again.
