Tolle Lage Super, dass es zwei Bäder gibt
Die alten Fenster lassen Kälte und Lärm leider sehr durch. Der Feueralarm ging beim Kochen leider zweimal an.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Bäder und Küche neu.
Die Schlafzimmerfenster liegen Richtung Innenhof. Dort läuft 24 Stunden am Tag die laute Lüftungsanlage der Benachbarten Kneipe. Auch hört man die Gäste, die sich im Außenbereich der Kneipe aufhalten bis gegen 23 Uhr. Die Betten sind recht weich. Nicht für jeden Rücken geeignet. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, weshalb Lärm und Kälte in die Wohnung eindringen können (es sind allerdings viele Heizkörper vorhanden).
