    I stayed at Safire Residency for 3 days, and my experience was very disappointing. On the first day, I booked a non-AC room. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the facilities shown in the listing. Based on that experience, I decided to upgrade to an AC room as advertised. To my surprise, I was given a tiny room with almost no facilities. It was so small that there was barely enough space to walk around. The only difference was the air conditioner. Later, I realized what seemed to be the issue. The Agoda listing advertises the spacious room with all the amenities, but guests who book the AC room are often given a much smaller room with far fewer facilities. It feels misleading because the photos and amenities don't accurately represent the room you actually receive. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely tried to assist, but they were powerless because these decisions are made by the owner or management. The housekeeping staff were also very kind. The person at the front desk even advised me to raise the issue with Agoda since they couldn't do anything themselves. After I requested a change, they finally moved me back to a non-AC room with all the facilities the following day. My issue is not with the staff—they did their best. My disappointment is with the management for what I believe is a misleading way of advertising rooms. I recommend that future guests carefully verify which room they are actually booking and not rely solely on the photos and amenities shown in the Agoda listing.
