Apartmány Terasy Café

Great for families, nice cafe-winery is part of the house, friendly staff, garage parking, kids toys were prepared in the apartment which was very nice, good breakfast, spacious and clean apartments. We used the accommodation as a base for our trips around Liberec. This was our third visit here and we will return. :)

Breakfast was delayed one day with opening from 8:00 to 8:30 due to technical reasons which might be already quite late for some families waking up early with the kids. As the very same thing also happened during our previous stay in autumn, we would recommend to re-arrange the breakfast times or revise the suppliers to avoid this.

We loved how helpful and attentive the staff were! They were so kind to help us out with bookings or other local information, since we don't speak the local language. We were impressed with the private sauna and jacuzzi facilities (additional cost applies) - truly enjoyed by the family. The daily buffet breakfast was simple and had some variety daily. You can park your car in the basement so your car is not cold, out in the weather. I think this accommodation topped our expectation thus far. We already making plans to come back and stay here again!

Some communication such as the change of towels or linen wasn't clear. I wasn't too fussed but they did come and replace the towels after 3 days. Apart from that, nothing too dramatic.

Fabulous apartment, very good size, really well equipped, spotlessly clean, underfloor heating, fabulous breakfast provided also. Great view from the spacious balcony, secure garage parking, great location for town and surrounding area. One of the BEST apartments we have stayed in for a long time! Absolutely perfect, thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was very nice with a big terrace — clean and spacious. The location was excellent.

I did miss some proper fresh bread for breakfast — like real bakery bread. Otherwise, all was good.
