Montagne Duplex-Orelle 9 pers. avec SPA

Accueil parfait, sympathique et très professionnel. Très réactif à nos demandes. Personnel du centre piscine spa hammam au top !

Rien et pour preuve on y revient dès que possible !

Salon un peu petit pour plus de 6 La qualité de l'accueil à la réception de la résidence La piscine de la résidence trop petite pour accueillir autant de monde et qui n'ouvre qu'à 11h. Le spa hors service Pas de bar le soir dans la résidence ni à Orelle.

Tres bon accueil dans le residence avec de nombreux services à proximité L’appartement était conforme à sa description et très bien doté d’équipements (cuisine, appareils de lavage, fondue, raclette, …) Grande propreté L’accès aux pistes est facilitée par les infrastructures de la ville Idéal pour une famille

Le séjour est un peu petit

It's an easy to get to location (it took us 1.5h to get there by car from Torino airport), which makes it a very good option for skiing in 3 Valley. You would add at least 2 extra hours to reach Val Thorens/Le Menuires by car. Very cheap in comparison to other 3 Vallees accommodations, but with some downsides which I'll list as cons

It is indeed a cheap option, but it comes with a lot of inconveniences: - no english speaker - it was quite challenging to get along with the reception or restaurant staff (seems to be a common fact in France) - the pool is small and definitely cannot accommodate proportional to the available number of rooms - cleanliness could have been better (kitchen desk was sticky, the plates and glasses needed a refresh before being usable) - not enough toiletry for the number of guests they accommodate (we were 7 in a 9 guests apartment a had only 2 toilet papers, no soap, no shower gel...) - they don't offer a boots drying room, just some way-too-small lockers that couldn't fit all our skis and boots and which is located in the accommodation building - all their rooms are accessible through the elevator in the reception building and then by feet as they are all in different buildings with no car access - you'll have to drag your skis and luggage up an down the alley) - though they had lots of free tables, the restaurant refused us because we didn't had a booking - the access to Orelle Gondola is by bus - the good fact is they're offering it for free
