Good stay in front of Mosel River

Beds were very comfortable, location was perfect and there was parking place just in front. The apartments were modern and the kitchen had almost everything one could possibly need.

We booked 2 apartments, in the reservation said one was with terrace and there was not terrace at all and one was in the first floor and the second in the fourth floor. I would have liked to have breakfast in the terrace with the great view. The second apartment also had inside staircase and the bathroom was in the down floor very inconvenient specially for not young people. Also would have been nice to stay all close.

Beautifull ausblick of the Mosel

The apartment was very clean and beautifull. Beautifull view of the Mosel. Close to town, could walk everywhere. Best time of our lives, will visit again.

Great apartment with a super comfortable bed. The view of the Mosel river and sunset from the balcony was fantastic. Super clean. Walking distance from all the Shops and parking in Front of the door.

The balcony is small. Big enough for only 2 people. And it is shared with another room. I had the luck they were an older couple who were often gone or inside.

Superb

Comfortable apartment in the middle of Mosel vally. In the middle of wineyards, lots of places to try the mosel wines and restaurants. Loved the view over the river. Since we were visiting during really hot weather we were worried it was going to be too warm inside since there were no air con or fan, but as long as you keep the blinds down during day it actually kept pretty cool inside.

The terrace that was advertised with the apartment is not in direct access with the apartment, it’s on the same floor and next to the shared entrance. Not a problem for us but could be good to know that it’s not private.

Great location in Zell

This was a very last minute booking and we were delighted with what we found. Although not huge, the apartment was in a superb position overlooking the river and we loved the (small) balcony, sipping local wine while watching the world go past. The main room was comfortable, and modern rather than cosy, with an adequately equipped kitchen and excellent, large bathroom. Wifi was very good. Although the main river road (where you park) is just outside, noise was not a problem. Zell is a really pleasant Moselle town with lots of reastaurants and wine bars and everything is within very easy walking.

3 schöne Tage - Danke für die saubere Unterkunft und den freundlichen Service.

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, das Appartment war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett und großes Bad, ansonsten eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung.

Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Balkon, und für wärmere Tage sollte man wissen, dass man sich den Balkon mit Nachbarn teilt. Das Haus ist (wie viele alte Häuser) sehr hellhörig. Die Vermieter können natürlich nichts dafür, aber wer wie wir rücksichtslose und besoffene Nachbarn hat, die sich im EG und DG einquartiert haben und mitten in der Nacht durchs Treppenhaus trampeln und Möbel verrücken, für den ist leider das Thema Nachtruhe und Schlaf beendet.

Wer keine großen Erwartungen an die Unterkunft hat, wird auch nicht enttäuscht.

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder in der Garage unterzustellen.

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank zum verstauen der Kleidung, so das wir leider aus dem Koffer leben mussten. WC-Papier war für die Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht ausreichend vorhanden; nachdem wir dieses gemeldet haben, wurde eine (!) weitere Rolle zur Verfügung gestellt. Absolut unzumutbar waren die stinkenden Müllberge in der Garage. Obwohl ausreichend Mülltonnen vorhanden waren, lag sämtlicher Müll auf dem Boden. Die Vermieterin war zwischenzeitlich vor Ort, hat den Müll jedoch auch nicht beseitigt.

Solide Wohnung in schöner Lage.

Gute, schöne Lage mit unkompliziertem Self Check In. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend möbliert.

Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt stark zu Wünschen übrig. Es ist ein Mindestmaß an Besteck und Tellern da. Ein Korkenzieher als besondere Ausstattung war schon verwunderlich. Einen Topf zum Nudeln kochen gab es, sowie eine Salatschleuder. Ein Gericht bei dem mehrerer Töpfe gebraucht werden lässt sich in der sehr kleinen Küche mit zwei Kochplatten nicht zubereiten. Das Badezimmer machte einen sehr traurigen Eindruck. Irgendwie lieblos gestaltet und alles wirkte unfertig. Es war sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Die Wand in der Dusche zog offensichtlich Feuchtigkeit und wirkte dementsprechend wenig hygienisch. Das Glas des Dachfensters im Bereich der Küche wirkte so, als wäre es seit mehreren Jahren nicht gereinigt worden (Grünspan).

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das war seit langem und mit Abstand die sauberste Ferienwohnung die wir in

Sehr gute Ausgestattete und vor allem saubere Ubterkunft in perfekter Lage.

Leider sehr hellhörig. Da die beiden Fanilien die Donnerstags mit ihren Kindern angereist sind da leider keine Rücksicht drauf genommen haben, sind wir einen Tag eher abgereist. Kann der Vermieter so nichts für, aber bei der Buchung sollte vielleicht ein jeder für sich abwägen ob er bereit ist bei einer Unterkunft mit mehreren Parteien wo es hellhörig ist, dieser als Mieter bereit ist Rücksicht zu nehmen. In der Beschreibung war leider nicht konkret ersichtlich, dass man sich den Balkon mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt. War Absicht nichts schlimm, wäre nur schön wenn das mit in die Beschreibung mit aufgenommen wird.

Kamer was echt goed verzorgd en netjes.

Geen airco. Het was erg warm en daardoor moesten we met de balkon deuren open slapen maar dan hoorde je het verkeer best wel en krijg je snel de zon naar binnen

Vi kunne ikke pr telefon få fat i udlejer, det tog næsten 2 timer. Vi var lige ved at booke et andet hotel da de pludselig tog tlf. De fortalte at der var tale om en misforståelse ml deres søn og dem.

Schöne Lag und ein Aufenthalt mit Kompromissen

Sauberes, geräumiges Appartement und ausreichend gut ausgestattet Küchenzeile. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Je nach Ankunftszeit und Jahreszeit findet man nicht direkt vor dem Appartement einen Parkplatz. Das ist den touristischen Zulauf geschuldet und kann vom Anbieter nicht beeinflusst werden. Die Unterkunft (1.OG) ist nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Der Knaller ist der Balkon. Ja, dieser ist mit einem weiteren Appartement zu teilen. Die primitive Trenneinheit sorgt nicht für Privatsphäre. Ist der Balkon mal geteilt, so reden wir von rund einem (1) Quadratmeter Fläche. Es ist erstaunlich auf dieser Fläche noch Miniatur-Bestuhlungen mit Tisch zu platzieren. Es ist anschließend den akrobatischen Fähigkeiten der Gäste zuzuordnen, wenn man dann auf den Stühlen Platz nehmen möchte ohne sich dabei etwas zu verrenken und/oder ein Glas Wein (kaum mehr passt auf den Tisch) umzustoßen, was im Zweifelsfall direkt nach unten fällt und einen vorbeilaufenden Passanten treffen könnte. Wem das Thema Balkon wichtig ist, sollte hiervon Abstand nehmen. Was wirklich interessant und letztlich nicht gut war, dass einerseits auf Nachtruhe und Rücksichtnahme in einer Info-Mappe bzgl. der unmittelbaren Anwohner hingewiesen wird, jedoch genau diese „Anwohner“ so laut in den Nachtstunden waren, dass man kein Auge zu bekommen hat. Aufgrund von „abendländischem“ Dialekt haben wir die unmittelbare Unterbringung von Zugereisten vermutet. Für uns ist klar, es wird hier kein Wiedersehen geben.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im EG. Wer gerne hell schläft, sollte zum Aufstehen den Badmantel griffbereit haben, da jeder reingucken kann. Gardinen wären schön.

Traumhaft schön

Wir, 3 Mamas haben 2 Apartments angemietet, um ein paar schöne Tage und einen schönen Muttertag zu verbringen. Die Apartments waren wunderschön, toll ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Ausblick phänomenal. Ich wünsche ich könnte bei dieser Aussicht jeden Tag aufwachen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super. Unser Wunsch auf bestimmte Apartments wurde ohne wenn und aber erfüllt. Danke dafür. Der gesamte Ablauf total unkompliziert. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze waren ausreichend und wir haben immer ein Platz gefunden. Die Entfernung zur wunderschönen Stadt war perfekt. Viele Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zu verweilen. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft schön. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.
