Close to south terminal, and good value for money, the staff look after you from start to end, let you drop bags early and nothing is to much trouble

I like how they transferred me to a ground floor room instead of a room in the other floors. The room is clean and spacious and good value for money. It's my first time around the area but if you have an event at/near Cebu Coliseum, this is a nice place to stay since it's a few mins walk away.
Although the room looked clean and fresh, there was one cockroach when I entered the room. It was still alive but upside down. Good thing I found a broom outside my room,, so I swept it outside. Aside from that, it's all good.

Cockroaches are not that bad, normal for an Old building. But the area needs city council cleaning.
