Die Lage ist sehr zentral - viele Ziele sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Einchecken war kinderleicht. Auf Anfrage haben wir noch einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage dazugebucht. Die Servicemitarbeiter antworten schnell und kümmern sich umgehend um Probleme. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön.
Leider hatten wir ein wenig Probleme mit der Hygiene. Auf dem Bett waren diverse Haare zu finden, Wände teilweise verschmutzt. Generell wäre ein neuer Anstrich zu empfehlen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war zudem ein Baustelle eingerichtet von der wir nicht wussten. Mit ausschlafen war da dann nicht viel zu machen. Zudem gab es nur einen Topf in der Küche. Also was kochen wir - Nudeln oder Sauce?

Lokalita byla úplně senzační - Landungsbrücken/Elbfilharmonie/Reeperbahn/jezera Alster/zastávka autobusu vše v blízkosti. V domě výtah, Hezký a čistý mezonetový apartmán. Malý balkon s vyhledem oceňuji.

The rooms were great and very comfortable! The building was quiet, and the location was very centrally located. We had an issue late in the evening on a Saturday, and the host was extremely responsive and was there within 30 minutes to fix the problem.
Parking was difficult to figure out, so we decided to utilize the street permit offered by the host.

Bra madrasser. Bra beliggenhet.
Dårlig standard. Leiligheten var slitt. Dårlig renhold bortsett fra badene. Sofaen i stuen hadde store brune merker og lite innbydende å sitte i. Stort brunt merke på sengegavelen på soverommet i 2-etg. Stolene i kjøkkenet for spisebordet var skranglete og gamle. Tv’n i soverommet nede virket ikke «nein signal». Det var sigarettsneiper overalt på verandaen. Alt i alt så var det dårlig renhold og mye støv i leiligheten.
