Nice view, good place for a group .

There was a bad smell in the 2nd floor bedroom that we gad to have the window open all the time. The head of the bed in the upper floor was stained. The sofa in the living room was stained and dirty. There was no tea as was stated and the coffee was not enough for 5 people for 4 days. There were no chairs at the small terrace as shown in the pictures. No extra towels or the offer if we want to receive extra towels. There were no brooms to clean up. When 5 people live in the apartment the bathrooms need to be cleaned .

cracking location and a nice flat.

The location was great along with the views over the city. it was clean and everything was ready for use.

the layout of the flat was very strange. The large bedroom became our sitting room as the kitchen wasn’t suitable for lounging in. that was the only real issue that we encountered.

We spent nice and enjoyable time at Hamburg.

There was nice park view with skating area , a bit noisy when pleople skateboard and jumps.. it is clean and nice house with 2 rooms and 1 wc, kitchen . Not big but enough for a family with 2 kids . Kitchen is full equipped for whom likes to cook at home. I would like to thank for cleaning .. The room was really clean comparing all other places that we stay. The coffie choosen by homeowners was perfect .. thank you again.

The structure of upper room slope celing was strange specially for tall people. There was some pipelines at ceiling . The rooms are not big as seen at photos.

Beautiful location but not good for travellers with car.

Location was great, enough space for family, great view.

Parking possibilities. It was impossible to find a parking place. Parking was only for residents or very expensive for a very limited time (maximum for 3 hours). We had to leave car in the near hotel (5 mins walk) for EUR 27/day. There were no plastic bags in the bin and no shower gel was prepared. After arrival the keys were not prepared in the box and we had to call how to get into the apartment.

Missing blinds or shutters on the windows. Missing A/C, the apartment under the roof was very warm. Small double bed. Turns on the wastewater pump all day and night. This was very disturbing at night.

Fantastic loft room apartment, just right for our group. Perfect location, near enough to attractions, bars etc yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Overlooking a very nice park with an ice rink.

There are no curtains or window blinds so you will be woken up by sunrise. We couldn’t find any instructions for WiFi.

Ok, med visse mangler.

Beliggenheden var fin og det var en stor og rummelig lejlighed.

Internettet virkede første aften vi kom. Herefter virkede det ikke mere. Jeg var I kontakt med deres service, men intet hjalp. Det betød også at vi helle ikke kunne se TV. Herudover var den ene seng meget dårlig. Lamellerne manglede nogen steder og de faldt ud, så man sov i et hul. To gange måtte vi have madrassen af for at fikse det. Køkkenet var også lidt upraktisk, da vasken ikke direkte sammen med køkkenet, men på den anden side af en væg.

Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Es war alles da, was benötigt und beschrieben war.

Das 3. Doppelbett war hatte eine sehr schlechte Matratze und war sehr durchgelegen Hatten 3 vollwertige Doppelbetten erwartet Duschkabine war nicht dicht und das Wasser lief raus Waschbecken im Bad mir Badewanne ist nicht abgelaufen Apartment Nummer oder genauer Name vor Bezug wäre hilfreich gewesen. Wie waren und nicht sicher welche der 3 Wohnungen unsere war. Zumal die Bilder bei Booking.com irreführend waren

Schönes Familienwochenende in Hamburg.

Die Flexibilität der Gastgeber. Wir durften unseren Hund mitbringen, obwohl das eigentlich nicht vorgesehen war. Die Wohnung hatte genügend Platz für uns alle.

Die Kundenapp hat nicht immer so einfach funktioniert. z. B. konnten einige Mitreisende den Einladungslink nicht öffnen, um sich anzumelden.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Extrem schlechtes Preis- / Leistungsvergältnis. Die Bude ist runtergewohnt was man an so vielen Stellen sieht (Fleckiges Sofa, Fußboden, Wände, …). Eine Jalousie ging nicht. Das wurde gemeldet aber nicht behoben. Ein Kinderbett wurde bestellt, aber kam erst zur zweiten Nacht. Für uns als Familie mit Baby eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Had veel beter kunnen zijn met het juiste toezicht

Locatie in het centrum, we konden alles te voet doen, was ideaal voor ons verblijf voor de Ironman. Ruim en speels appartement om met 6 personen in te verblijven, rustig. Appartement ziet er schoon en pas geverfd uit.(afplaktape nog op de ramen). In de keuken doekjes en vaatwastabletten aanwezig en wat koffie plus filters. Geen persoonlijke check in maar wel snelle reactie op de whatsapp. Appartement ligt op 5e en 6e verdieping waardoor mooi uitzicht. Eronder enkel kantoorruimtes. Het appartement kan makkelijk een veel hogere beoordeling krijgen als alles goed zou functioneren. Tip; parkeren langs de grote straat evenwijdig aan de andere kant van het park is 24/7 gratis (loop je binnen 10 minuten naartoe)

Het ontbreekt aan persoonlijk toezicht en betrokkenheid bij het appartement. Het gevolg is dat veel zaken niet op orde zijn; Lift bleek al enige tijd kapot (appartement op 5 hoog!), werd op de 2e dag gemaakt. Stroom in de keuken lag eraf bij binnenkomst, bleek kortsluiting in nooduitgang bordje (zelf ontdekt en opgelost), vaatwasser en koffieapparaat in de keuken werkten niet goed, appartement bevat 6 eetkamerstoelen en veel te weinig glazen/kopjes/bestek om 8/9 personen te bedienen. Geen sloten op de wc en douche, niet prettig als je met een groep bent. Bekleding op stoelen en bank zitten vol vlekken. Geen gordijnen in de slaapkamer boven en in de woonkamer waar de slaapbank staat, rolgordijn in de slaapkamer beneden was kapot. Geen airco waardoor erg warm op bovenste verdieping bij slechts 23 graden buiten. Douchecabine miste een rubber strip, hierdoor liep het water direct de badkamer en gang in, prullenbak daar was kapot en de flacon waar shampoo in zou moeten zitten was leeg. Dan de informatie voorziening; inchecktijd bleek ineens om 16uur te zijn, in onze bevestiging en op booking stond 15uur, is al relatief laat. De gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord van de wifi dat wij doorkregen bleek niet te kloppen. De informatievoorziening ten aanzien van parkeren schoot tekort; Er kon via de Suites een parkeerkaart worden gekocht voor de wijk, waar veel te veel geld voor werd gevraagd omdat er een volle dag werd gerekend ondanks late check in en vroege check out en zondag vrij parkeren, daarom niet gedaan. Echter bleek je in de wijk als bezoeker maximaal 3 uur achtereen te mogen parkeren (3 euro per uur), de parkeergarage onder in het gebouw is in het weekend gesloten en met kaart betalen werkte niet. Kwamen bij toeval erachter dat aan de andere kant van het park een straat was waar je 24/7 gratis kan parkeren. In het appartement ligt een vettig mapje met huisregels maar nergens extra tips voor een leuk verblijf in Hamburg.

Erg ruim appartement op een toplocatie, mooi uitzicht en lekker rustig. Centraal gelegen in de stad.

Het was wel warm in het appartement en er hing bij aankomst een beetje muffe lucht, gelukkig genoeg ramen om open te zetten.
