Location of the hotel is perfect because its right next to the train station. Room is not that spacious. Room is clean and has a basic requirements like bed, bath and toilet, and towel.
There in no water heater kettle for coffee or tea.

Good location for a quick one-night stopover in Casablanca, especially if arriving or leaving by train. The hotel is very convenient for Casa Voyageurs station, making it easy to continue the journey the next day. The room was comfortable and practical for a short stay, and overall it did exactly what we needed.

The location is just steps away from the train station and tram line. The rooms were clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. The whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
