    Bilik tu panas teramat dan bilik standard juga panas. Tak dpt tido. aircond tak berfungsi sb telah diprogramkan semua bilik tiada aircond sedangkan suhu dah 24°C (di Marrakesh yg sejuk tu pun mereka beri pelanggan yg tetapkan sejuk aircond bilik masing2). Bila komplen dan suruh mrk duduk dlm bilik tu 30 minit n rasa, tak nk pulak. Asyik ckp luar cuaca sejuk walhal dah 24°C dah. Tido malam pun boleh trjaga sb panas. Selain tu bising sb trletak tepi landasan tram tetapi nk naik tram keba jalan 700m stesennya. Bunyi tram sampai tengah mlm. Dgn panas dgn bising, sy tak selesa disini. Dah byk hotel sy pergi, ni yg paling teruk nak hadap utk 2 mlm. Alhamdulillah 2 mlm shj.

    It would be a bit noisy if we tried to open the windows. The door of the bathroom could not completely closed, but it's not a problem to us. The location is very good, close to the Casa Voyageurs station that it's very convenient for us to take the train and get rest.

    Good location and the hotel was relative neat and clean. You can smell cigarette smoke sometimes in the bathroom or hallway probably from the next room, but overall a decent stay for a night or two around the heart of the city.

    Looks worn down and the staff were all over the place in trying to access my room. Only there for one night so wasn’t too concerned. Surrounding area not very interesting.
