Le stanze erano in due unità abitative diverse all'interno della stessa villa, permettendo di passare la vacanza assieme, ma mantenendo ciascuno la propria indipendenza. Una unità è composta da una stanza matrimoniale, bagno, spazio living; la seconda unità è composta da spazio living con angolo con microonde e lavandino, bagno con lavabiancheria, due matrimoniali. Cucina unica esterna. Comodissima la vicinanza al mare, soprattutto essendo con due bambini molto piccoli. Questo il vero punto di forza della struttura.
Gli arredi potrebbero essere più confortevoli e sfruttare al meglio gli spazi interni delle unità (soprattutto nei bagni), la struttura ne acquisterebbe tantissimo. Sicuramente da attenzionare la luce. Si abbassa tantissimo la tensione, e spesso è capitato di rimanere al buio nel bagno dell'unità con una stanza (essendo cieco era veramente scomodo l'inconveniente) o senza luce nel patio davanti la cucina esterna.
