House is perfect for families and groups, although it does only have one toilet and no bath. It has a garden and a large covered entertaining deck which we appreciated. It is in a good location, close to shops , parks and public transport. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the property was great. Blair is an excellent communicator and was very proactive.
The house has a good ducted heating system which kept us warm and toasty on some cold Spring nights.
The house is very clean and tidy and suited our needs given that we had to WFH during our stay and we were pleased to have access to really good WiFi.
We enjoyed the large patio and Weber Q BBQ most days while our pups enjoyed the sun in the large secure backyard.

Nice house - big, spacious and super clean. AC system really powerful - no worries there, even on a 42 degree heat wave day! The deck area out the back was perfect to hang out in and get the BBQ fired up to enjoy the weather.
The area is really nice and quiet - short walks to lovely nearby parks, like Cruickshank Park. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get an uber when we wanted to get somewhere quickly (20-30mins to the city).
Blair is a great host - always, available with speedy responses before and during our stay. He was flexible to fit cleans in around our schedule and was great to chat to about the area.
Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
