prima Lage, kurze Wege zum Zentrum, sehr freundliche Vermieter, schöner Aussenbereich zum Sitzen, Kommunikation mit Vermittlung könnte besser sein; Wäre in der Wohnung außer der Glastür noch ein Fenster, wäre sie noch freundlicher.
