About this apartment rental
This is an accommodation that is located in the attic of the house. It offers beautiful views from the garden, a common BBQ, an outdoor fireplace, a sitting, and a relaxation area. Free parking is available on-site where reservation is not necessary.
Nicely furnished and equipped private room with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toilet paper - only one toilet roll included) can accommodate two people (king size bed). Free linen and towels are provided. Air-conditioned in summer, heated in winter (additional cost for A/C or heating apply). It provides free Wi-Fi Internet, flat TV with local cable channels, a mini-fridge, a desk, a small coffee table that also serves as a dining table, and ironing facilities.
The villa is in the center of Portorož, 5 min walk from the local beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, casino, and the central bus station. The Parenzana is an ex-railway, that was operating from 1902 to 1935, between Trieste (Italy) and Poreč in Croatia (Parenzo in Italian) and our villa is just at the edge of the ex-railway.
Getting around the area can be done either on foot or on a bicycle. Bike rental services are available upon request.

Villa Parenzana is a very well-maintained complex with several apartments in a central location. Our apartment and others that we were able to view before moving in are spacious, in impeccable condition and modernly furnished. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. We therefore give it 5 points across the board. We will be back next year.
