Perfect location, not far from centre, and also not in the super noisy part of town.
Its in the building opposite of Sheraton hotel.
Apartment was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints, just that we couldn't figure out where to throw out trash.
Metro and bus stations are in front of building, local shops like Pingo Doce also in walking distance.
Truly recommend.

The apart was not clean when we check in.
The trash was remain and the house manager was late for check in. We were waiting at the street with the rain.
House system( tv , heating ) is not good and the manager's response was quite inadequate.
The location was good.
