B&B Il Palazzotto di Luca Luxury Suites

Great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast was very good in a beautiful setting. Very clean.

Parking was a little difficult in the free area. Some people may find the location differently. We found it very safe to work around.

Very spacious rooms, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and happy to help. Breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was tasty with a fair choice of food.

This is a wonderful place to stay to visit Lecce. The position is perfect to access the stunning Old Town yet far enough away to safely and easily park. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Best breakfast out of all our places in Italy. Can only highly recommend.

Nothing

The room was large and comfortable, easy enough street parking.

Breakfast was okay, although the coffee tasted as if the machine could have used a good cleaning. The main disappointment was the attitude at reception when we checked out. We were leaving our luggage at the property for a few hours, so I simply asked how we could get back inside later. The young person at reception replied rather dismissively that I clearly hadn’t read the messages we had been sent, as the instructions were already there. She then added that the same had happened the previous day when I asked about the Wi-Fi, since that information had also been provided. Yes, the information was in the messages, and I may have missed it. But when you are travelling between several properties, receiving numerous check-in instructions and WhatsApp messages, I don’t think asking two very simple questions should be treated as an inconvenience. A friendly answer would have taken a few seconds. Hospitality is also about how guests are made to feel, and unfortunately this interaction left us with a rather unpleasant final impression. The Wi-Fi itself was also quite weak in our room and worked much better near the entrance than in the bedroom.
