    All the staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. It's close to Tha Pae Gate. I will definitely stay there again next time.

    When me and my partner first arrived at the hotel, we were provided with the wrong room, as we had booked a double bed room through Agoda, however for whatever reason we were provided a twin single bed room, which I believe was Agoda’s fault and not the hotel in the end. The hotel manager resolved the situation for us and put us inside a double bed room, which was really nice of her and we were grateful. However when checking into our room, it wasn’t very clean and there was still lots of food and drink still left inside the fridge, from I assume the previous guest. This was a little disappointing as we we’re stressed and tired from travelling and it took over 30/40 minutes to resolve the situation with the room. Overall we had a pleasant stay here and the location was okay.

    Everyone on the staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. There was a room mixup with Agoda when I arrived, but they worked with me and helped me with a resolution. Room was clean and quiet. Very convenient area. I would stay again.

    Good Location but not super-fancy. If you are not a hotel-holic person and stay at a hotel only for sleeping, this one is very nice.
