Centre advantages have their price

very central location, close to the sea and main pedestrian area

car parking is problematic (no convenient close parking), garbage handling is difficult as the containers are far away

Incredible location, clean and quiet house one minute away from the beach

You will pick the keys from the agency, very close to the train station. They have also kindly accepted to store our bags on the last day of our stay. The apartment is located in a very good area as it is only 2 min away from the public beach and in the city centre. We did not need parking as we came with that train, however, I expect it would be fairly easy to find parking in June of September. Although very central it is located in a very quiet area with other families living in the same building. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace and enjoying the morning sun. We were also pleasantly surprised by how clean the house is and the very clean towels and bed sheets. Although a house they tried to provide the same facilities as a hotel room (very clean towels and bed sheets, soap, shower gel). The house is incredibly practical for a family as only one couple has privacy and also there is also one big bathroom that everyone will have to share. Our family enjoyed our stay at this house very much and we will definitely come back.

Overall the house is great and it would be excellent with a few improvements. The staircase can be a bit challenging if you have small kids and it would be great if there was a safer method to get up, perhaps a different staircase model. We were overall very satisfied with the amenities provided but for someone staying 3 to 4 days, there is no reason to buy a full package of salt, toilet paper (enough for a 3-day stay), detergent or dishwasher tablets. It would have been great if this were provided as we would have had no issue to pay a bit extra. My only advice is that the agencies consider a different amenities policy who come for aboard for a short 3-4 days in the house. We did not ask for a flexible check-out or check-in so this is not necessarily bad feedback. We would have loved to be able to drop our bags at the house at 13 or 14 and check out at 12 instead of 10 AM. It would be great is the agency could have a bit more flexibility around these. Please take this as a suggestion and not necessarily as negative feedback :).

Es ist gegangen, hätte aber sicher besser sein können.

Lage ist super, zweigeschossig. Guter Service, obschon wir die Vermieter nie zu Gesicht bekommen haben.

Es hat rein geregnet bei starkem Regen, im Hof und Wohnung je eine grosse Kakerlake. Küche war mässig gut ausgestattet.

Posizione ottima, in centro, a due passi dal mare. Casa molto pulita e accogliente. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Molto spaziosa. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento!

Sicuramente andrebbe indicata la ripida scala in fase di prenotazione..40 scalini con una persona ultraottantenne sono stati difficoltosi. In camera da letto davanti alla porta finestra il tetto perde acqua, abbiamo dovuto mettere un secchio. Da fornire uno strofinaccio in più su più giorni. Tutte cose che comunque si possono migliorare!
