Being our first time in Rome, it really helped when Stefano gave us tips and directions on which train to take and how to find the apartment. Then, he also offered lots of recommendation to see, nearest grocery, pharmacy, etc. His services are top notch! 😊 It's just a few minutes away from the Basilica and the bus station is nearby. Overall a great stay!

My husband is a big guy so he would often bump his head on the ceiling 😂 He is also heavy enough that he could feel the springs on the bed, but that's just us! I still highly recommend this place!

L’appartement est bien conçu et la terrasse magnifique avec plusieurs lieux séparés à utiliser en fonction de la journée ; il y a une grande partie qui peut être couverte pas des sortes de stores ce qui est parfait pour l’ombre! La terrasse est très bien équipée avec des plantes. Le propriétaire était très gentil et aux petits soins, toujours à l’écoute. La maison très bien aménagée, propre, et bien équipée dans l’ensemble.

La situation de l’appartement dommage est le seul bémol ; nous n’avons pas aimé le quartier que nous avons exploré à pieds; pour atteindre le centre de vie, même si la place St Pierre n’est qu’à 15 minutes à pieds, il faut traverser et marcher plus de 10 minutes sur une grande artère très bruyante avec trop de voitures et trop de circulation ; aucun moyen d’atteindre le centre de vie en marchant par des ruelles jolies et calmes. En outre et malheureusement dans la rue de l’appartement, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées régulièrement par la ville ce qui est un gros inconvénient pour les riverains. Dommage 😢

I can definitely recommend this place! It’s even better than in the photos and has everything a couple might need for a few days: a fully equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom, air conditioning, power adapters, a comfy bed and sofa, and, of course, a huge, lovely terrace that’s perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s quiet and super convenient. The S. Pietro train station is just a 5-minute walk, and we used the Trenitalia app to check train schedules and buy tickets online. It was also really easy to get to the Fregene beaches from there. The Saint Peter’s Basilica in Vatican is just a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of dining options close by. Stefano, the host, was so welcoming and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations that made our stay in Rome even better.

One small suggestion for the future might be to add a Smart TV. It didn’t affect our stay at all, as we spent most of our time exploring the city, but it would be a nice extra touch for relaxing evenings in the apartment :)
