Mainly, its location. A few steps away from the main plaza. The location is attended by a very nice person who lives in the quarters. The rooms are huge and the price is very good. They let us keep some food we had bought to bring home in their refrigerator. No additional charges.
We were there on weekdays. There´s no breakfast in premises available if it's not the weekend. The towels are a little small for body towels. Frankly I had nothing to complain about this little cozy hotel.
