despite of the issues we had we had a confortable stay.

comfortable place for a short stay where we did not spend a lot on time in (just sleeping basically). very clean. renovated kitchen and bathroom. very kind host

difficult to find. the tv decoder was not working neither the fridge. the announced patio is not really a patio is a table in front of the property there is no door. you access the property by a window no shower gel/soap available there are only 2 chairs available on the dining table (and we were 4)

Passable

TV had only French stations, no internet available ( you tube etc). If you offer this appartment to German visitors it would be better to make clear that this service is not available. Bathroom/Shower very good and good hot water always available. Very nice and quiet area with good parking and easy access to town.

We didn`t meet Patricia the owner but Sabba the lady who gave us the keys tried to help us and even lent us her laptop for some home entertainment during our stay. Thanks Sabba!

Very welcoming and helpful host, nice and cozy apartment, very calm, close to city center ; everything one needs in the kitchen and the bathroom, good wifi, nice room temperature - easy to adjust if needed, comfy bed. Good for longer stays as well.

Access to the apartment on a narrow staircase (2nd floor) witch needed a bit of care with a big luggage but nothing too problematic.

L'endroit est calme, possibilité de stationnement dans la rue perpendiculaire dans problème. L'appartement est lumineux et propre. Le linge de lit et les serviettes propres et sentent bon. Damien est très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et les indications pour accéder au logement sont claires.

Tout et notamment l’emplacement. Aussi la réactivité de Damien et l’efficacité de son organisation à distance.

La porte d’entrée et celle de la salle de bains qui sont trop dures à fermer. Une théière serait bienvenue

De accommodatie heeft een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

De kleine keuken en grote ramen waardoor veel licht binnenkomt.

De kleine douche cabine en het parkeren , de auto kan niet tot voor de accommodatie komen door een versmalling in het pad. In de straat erachter is het gratis parkeren maar dat is altijd vol.

La posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro città, l'area esterna molto piacevole con tavolini e sedie circondata dal verde, casa molto ben attrezzata.

RC avec terrasse et jardin dans une impasse à Epinal

L'emplacement (au RC) d'une maison de 2 étages située dans une impasse donnant sur une rue sans issue. Autant dire que le calme était complet et agrémenté de concerts d'oiseaux. Une terrasse avec jardin. Et pourtant à proximité du centre ville. Le propriétaire et son aide-ménagère très réactifs et serviables. L'aménagement de l'appartement parfait pour 2 personnes. Un plus non négligeable : Wifi et machine à laver.

Séjour agréable pour quelques jours, à proximité du centre ville

Le logement est idéalment placé par rapport au centre ville. On peut tout faire sans prendre la voiture. Il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Damien a été disponible et attentionné, ce que nous avons appréciés Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable sejour

Ce logement convient pour des petits sejours, car il est assez sombre,dommage ! mais il a été bien arrangé Attention, le carrelage au dessus du lavabo de la salle de bain est complétement decolé.Nous l'avons maintenu avec l'étagère d'a coté sinon il tombe sans cesse et peut à tout moment se briser. L'aménagement du terrain devant l'entrée rendrait le lieu plus sympathique au premier coup d'oeil et sans trop de frais.
