Nekünk így szuper ahogy van,nem luxus szálloda!Akinek az hiányzik az mást válasszon!Egyszóbal szuper volt

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes. Kedves személyzet.

Meleg volt a szobában. Nem volt klíma. Mivel a férjemmel mentünk ketten két külön ágyas szobát kaptunk. Negatív!

We were welcomed by a rather nice elderly lady, who unfortunately didn’t speak any English nor German, therefore we had to communicate through translator or simply use body language. We followed her lead up to the first floor, where she offered us an extremely small room which didn’t correspond with the room we booked online. To our great disappointment the second, although considerably bigger room, wasn’t any better. The bedsheets weren’t washed and there were dead leafs and dust on it as well as on the floor. Walls were pealing off because of mold, there were spider webs in corners and windows were dirty. We were shocked to realize there were little holes (looking like a bullet holes) in the door ineptly covered with a paper poster with damaged and heavily- scratched lock. The whole first floor including dirty bathrooms and storage rooms gave an impression of abandoned and not-taken-care-of environment. We were disappointed about the owner’s approach who, instead of apologizing and providing an alternative solution, told us to leave if not satisfied over the phone. Eventually, we agreed with him on staying in one of the base-floor rooms as we discovered that those ones were better maintained. We had a good sleep there, although it could be a problem for those who mind music until late night reverberating from the disco club next door. We didn’t expect any luxurious accommodation whatsoever, yet we believe that clean, even if simple environment and polite customer service is a must. Unfortunately, neither of these two premises was met.
