Casa del Saraceno

De host was erg gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij had zelfs voor koffie gezorgd toen wij aankwamen. Ik kon met alle vragen over de omgeving bij hem terecht en hij kwam met leuke tips. Het huis was erg schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De mensen in het dorpje waar het huis staat waren zeer vriendelijk en er is een klein supermarktje en koffie zaakje om de hoek waar je in de ochtend lekker koffie en brood kunt halen.

Ons verblijf was erg aangenaam. Wat we miste was wat kast ruimte in de slaapkamers beneden om wat kleding op te hangen. Het zwembad kan iets vernieuwd worden. Als je slecht ter been bent zijn de trappen om naar het verblijf te komen wellicht wel wat lastig met zware koffers maar daar hadden wij geen last van.

The host was always very happy to help and the view was spectacular. The location of the property was set in a little friendly village setting, but it still was not to far away from major towns.

The only thing that I would change, is even though you are provided with parking in the village it’s a bit of a walk with your luggage if you are like our group who had large bags as we were spending 5 weeks in Italy travelling. However in saying this the host Pino met us and was very happy to assist us with our luggage. Plus the walk from the village through the lane ways to get to the property added to the Italian experience. 👌

We loved everything especially the view and the pool. Our teenage kids loved having a smart TV to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. The kitchen was stocked with essentials including a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge :) it was a lovely place to relax after touring so many cities in our first week in Italy.

Nothing really. The washing machine wasn’t working, but I had travel wash and the host kindly offered a laundry service if we needed it.
