The most wonderful location for a central woolacombe family experience

Perfect location … right in the centre of woolacombe. Spacious rooms, amazing showers much needed after beach and hiking days . Views are incredible and communication with the owners is excellent - we will be back

WiFi is only available in the kitchen and living area - not the bedrooms ( visitor with teens! So was an issue ). Parking is not for the faint hearted- the space is big enough for a big car but getting in and out of the car park … that’s another story !

Fantastic spacious flat with commanding views

Lovely, spacious apartment with a lovely view over the beach and hillside. Very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and great to have reserved parking on site and off the road.

Being placed near the junction meant there was quite a lot of road noise when the kitchen/lounge area balcony doors were open. Fine when shut and the bedrooms were away from the road. The common areas leading to the apartment need a bit of TLC but this does not affect the enjoyment of the flat itself.

Exceptional

Sandleigh is a lovely, comfortable flat in a superb location. The view from the flat is wonderful, the showers are excellent and there is everything you need for a great stay with a great host. Woolacombe and the surrounding area is beautiful and the people were so friendly too!

Nice and clean. Plenty of space. Excellent location with unreal views of the beach and sea. Nice little veranda too for when the weather's nice. In walking distance of everything you need. Definitely going to come back again next time I'm in Woolacombe.

Lovely relaxing stay in a great location - thank you!

Great property and location - TV took a while to work out (we never got to the bottom of how to access terrestrial but didn't really mind as we had Netflix). V clean and comfy beds.

One single bed was a little squeaky (daughter opted to sleep in the other one on night 2) but that is really looking for faults! Communal areas for the flats in need of a little TLC but that's communal areas for you!

Seaview - perfect location - we will definitely be back again

Our hole experience was spot on. we wanted to have access to the sea and spend most of our time on the beach and we did. the location was perfect so after we finish our day by the beach it took us about 5 min to the flat.

Nothing but the directions to the flat when we first got in there was a bit confusing.

Amazing apartment that we would highly recommend for a walking or surfing break.

The location is perfect, apartment is immaculate with everything you need if you want to eat in. 2 bathrooms with excellent showers. The communal utility room downstairs was an added bonus and makes this the perfect place to stay for a short break surfing the local beaches.

Everything - felt bad troubling the owners to find the parking space which could be added to the instructions - BUT when I contacted the owners they were immediately available and very attentive to our request - they seemed very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous beachside apartment

Amazing location with a fabulous view. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard and great for both long or short stays. You can pretty much fall out of the apartment onto the beach and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Sri Lankan curry on the beach was a particular favourite.

Can't fault the apartment or location. The only challenge was parking a second car. We put one onsite, which is great. Unfortunately, Covid has led to some of the nearby street parking being blocked off for pedestrians so overnight spaces were limited for our 2nd - but we always found something eventually. No issues in the day as the large beachside car park is just metres away.
