The host was always direct on call, which was very pleasant.

The room is very clean and tidy. The check-in instruction is very clear. There’s a lift so don’t worry if you’re carrying luggages. The common kitchen has a fridge, kettle, microwave, and utensils. The location is great and can easily walk to the Arena. Luggage storage is available.
