Besilima Apartments Deidesheim - zentral & ruhig am Kurpark

Apartment ist sauber und Küche ganz gut ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, durch Lage des Appartements im Erdgeschoss bequemes ausladen. Gute Lage im Ort.

Beim check-in muss der Ausweis und ein Bild hochgeladen werden, für mich inakzeptabel. Da ich erst spät Abends angereist bin hatte ich leider keine Wahl. Im check-in Portal habe ich erfahren, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, während die Buchung auf Booking das Gegenteil behauptet hat. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag konnte ich dann vorm Haus parken. Das Gebäude und der Eingangsbereich eher unangenehm. Bei 38 Grad gab es einen nicht besonders guten Ventilator und die Terrasse ist von mehreren Apartments zugänglich, das Schloss der Balkontür funktioniert nicht, wodurch eine Lüftung durch das Fenster spannend war, weil die Balkontür dann einfach geöffnet werden kann. Sofortige Rechnungsausstellung wie über booking angefragt hat auch nicht funktioniert. Daher insgesamt zu stressig....

Schönes, sauberes Appartment mit Empore am Rand von Deidesheim, ca. 10 Min Fussweg ins Zentrum. Ausreichend Platz. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden aber auch öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wer da nicht hineinzirkeln möchte. An einigen Stellen schon etwas abgewohnt, aber für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend. Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, scheint aber gut ausgestattet und bietet auch Öl, ein paar Gewürze und was man sonst so für einen Snack brauchen könnte.

Viele, z.T. etwas enge Treppen zur Wohnung, mit Gepäck oder für ältere Menschen nicht so einfach. Keine Verdunklungsrollos, man ist wach, wenn die Sonne aufgeht. Im Bad lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, es gibt eine Lüftung.

The studio was spacious and very clean. Lots seems to have been mended that was criticized in past reviews. Bathroom was lovely, window screens intact, everything was really clean in our studio.

It was really hot. I don’t deal well with the heat and the fans just weren’t enough. A portable air conditioner would be a really good investment or real air conditioning especially as summers won’t get cooler in the foreseeable future. We left a day early because of that.

The location of the apartment was good.

Overall, the house is quite worn down and feels like an elderly home. We had no access to the house because the lock box is located right in front of the door of the apartment but we did not have access to the door on the ground s floor. Apparently we were also not the only one with this problem because there were people twice ringing our bell in the middle of the night because they could also not access is. It was 36 degrees outside and when we opened the fridge the freezer compartment was kind of taped “broken” - totally unacceptable in my opinion, independently of the weather. Most of the bees in front of the windows were broken and hence absolutely useless. Lastly, there was a soap dispenser but it was empty.
