Room was small and very cramped and the outside space overlooked

The location

The electrical equipment was of good quality but the bedding was of very poor quality. There was too much furniture crammed into a small space and we had to keep moving the chairs to use the kitchenette.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and spacious. It really is a lovely apartment but not for a couple in their 70s.

Four LONG flights of stairs from the parking garage to the apartment. Two of these were narrow and twisty. Not very easy to navigate these with luggage. We did NOT find that information about this apartment listed anywhere. Another flight of stairs inside the apartment from the living area to the loft sleeping area. These stairs were extremely steep and would be very difficult to handle if one had to get up in the middle of the night to visit the restroom. We are in our 70s and chose to leave a day early, which we had prepaid, because of these issues.

I was in the apartment for almost a month, very good service was, the owner of the object named Ben is a very good, beloved and positive person, very helpful, there are no such people in the world, and as they are, there are not many of them. Mr. Ben, his dad is a warm and kind person, the first day I went to the facility and guided me at 12 in the morning all showed what you need with the rules, I was with my dog Jack Russell terrier is sometimes not humble, barking, in Germany the owners of hotels or apartments are bullying, there was a different peace, tolerance at the highest level and class. First I lived at number 3, beautiful terrace but my dog ran away so I went to number 20 beautiful room, I miss him, I fell in love with this city, why because the window is quiet and calm, you can hear ducks and water. People, nice owners, I miss them, father Ben is wonderful, it's unique, people are extremely warm, I was in many hotels, business trips, business matters, THIS HOTEL IS THE ONLY FOR WHICH WROCE. THIS IS THE BEST THOSE FOR THOSE PEOPLE , I RECOMMEND THE MOST WORKS. MY CHIEF IS A FIFA AGENT, FIFA IS HERE AT THIS MOMENT. BEDE PROMISE THIS APAETAMENT IN THE WORLD'S WORLD

Gute Lage

Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren schwierig. Es war nicht klar, welcher Parkplatz uns überhaupt zur Verfügung stand. Sobald der einzige mit Belisima gekennzeichnete Parkplatz durch andere Mieter besetzt war, gab es praktisch keine anderen legalen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Immer wieder gerne, gute Lage, für Familie mit 1-2 kleinen Kindern gut geeignet.

Sehr gut gelegene, große und saubere Wohnung in einem sauberen Mehrfamilienhaus. Die anderen Wohnungen scheinen zum größten Teil auch für den Tourismus gedacht zu sein. Lediglich der sehr schmale Parkplatz war herausfordernd- aber es gibt immerhin einen zur Wohnung gehörend. Die Kommunikation und die Infos vorab waren zielführend, verständlich und sehr freundlich. Der Holliday Park ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, wie auch Spayer/Sealand. Danke, wir komme wieder :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Schade wegen der vielen Kleinigkeiten.

Schöne, relativ ruhige Lage in Deidesheim. Studio Apartment mit guter Aussicht auf den Park. Tiefgaragenstellplatz war vorhanden. Wohnung war sauber und ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk war auch vorhanden. Das Öffnen und verschließen der Eingangstüren mit der NUKI-App hat gut funktioniert.

Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber insgesamt eine Top Bewertung nicht zulassen: Zug fährt im 30min.-Takt vorbei. Viele Fernbedienungen für LED Beleuchtung ohne Funktion. Vier Fernbedienungen beim TV, sehr unübersichtlich. Duschen in der Badewanne ist sehr rutschig/gefährlich. Gefrierfach im KS defekt. Tabs und Salz in der Geschirrspülmaschine leer. Hier sollte die Putzfirma nicht nur reinigen sondern auch nach den "Vorräten" schauen. Staubsauger oder Putzutensilien waren nicht vorhanden.

Für einen Kurzurlaub waren Unterkunft und Lage sehr gut

Nähe zum Stadtpark und Supermart. Auch der Bahnhof ist per Fuss bei entsprechender Gesundheit gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Minuten

Das öffnen des Briefkastens mittels Zahlenkombination ist für jemanden der keine super Augen hat schwieig. Die Zahlen lassen sich ganz schwer ablesen. Da hatte ich meine Probleme. Insgesamt war die Wohnung zu warm. Zum Glück gab es einen Ventilator der zumindest etwas Abhilfe schuf

Wir haben ohne das wir gefragt haben, nach einer Woche frische Handtücher angeboten bekommen, was in einer Ferienwohnung durchaus nicht üblich ist, dass fanden wir TOP.

Eine sehr erholsame Woche im schönen Deidesheim

Es war sehr erholsam, die ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage am Stadtpark hat uns gut gefallen. Abends auf dem schönen großen Balkon zu sitzen war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch das Bad und sehr sauber. Die Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, aber wir haben uns eh nur Frühstück gemacht. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut!

Fällt mir eigentlich nichts ein. Vielleicht hätte der runde Esstisch etwas kleiner sein können. Dann hätte man etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer gehabt.
