Our only, very minor gripe was that the pillows were too thin. So the next morning we requested 2 additional pillows. They were delivered to the room right away.

The host at the reception was super lovely and had lots of great tips and advice. The overall property is lush and green.

The location is great and the room was very spacious. The employees were very kind and gave plenty of recommendations of things to see and do in the area.

The internet did not work very well, which was an issue as we were working remotely. I wasn't able to open my e-mail due to the poor connection.

Kurzurlaub in Deidesheim

Zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor der Türe, Kurpark, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Boulevardtheater Deidesheim fußläufig erreichbar, hatten mit Hund Budget-Einzimmer-Appartment (28qm) gebucht, Einrichtung geschmackvoll, modern und zweckmäßig, bequeme Betten, gute Verdunklungsvorhänge, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder!

Deidesheim ist immer wieder ein schöner Ort und die Kurparkresidenz hat eine gute Lage.

Die Lage der Kurparkresidenz ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Küchenzeile in der Ferienwohnung war veraltet (70er-/80er Jahre). Diese könnte renoviert oder erneuert werden.

Prima appartement in wat verouderd gebouw.

Prima appartement, op korte afstand van het centrum van Deidesheim, Slaapkamer, keuken en badkamer.

Het gebouw maakt een verouderde indruk, het hangt in het gebouw vol met wat briefjes wat er allemaal niet mag en wat de gevolgen zijn als je je er niet aan houdt. De gangen staan vol met spullen, die een verouderde indruk maken.

Gefühlt altert man sofort.

Gefallen hat, dass der Fahrradkeller mit Steckdosen zum Aufladen von E-Bikes ausgestattet war. Der Portier war sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfähig.

Nun, der Name der Unterkunft suggerierte einen Hauch Exklusivität. Es war jedoch ein bisschen ein deprimierendes Ambiente. Das Etablissement hatte wohl einst bessere Tage gesehen, die Ausstattung war in die Jahre gekommen und im Geschmack von vor 40 Jahren.

Perfekter Kurztrip.

Was sofort auffiel: die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang. Wir wurden nicht nur zu Ausflugszielen hervorragend beraten, sondern auch informiert, daß für den Abend eine Reservierung in einem der örtlichen Restaurants dringend zu empfehlen wäre. Eine sehr umfangreiche Liste mit Lokalen und Telefonnummern half bei der Auswahl. Die gebuchte Wohnung war sauber, sogar desinfiziert. Die Betten waren bequem und hatten zum Glück keine durchgehenden Matratzen, was wir hassen. Alles, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht, war vorhanden. An der Rezeption gab es sogar Kaffeefilter.

Es fehlte an nichts. Ausser mehr Zeit für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Es war nichts besonderes.

Die Wohnung Nr.18 ist durch ein schmuckloses Treppenhaus zu erreichen.Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig und hell.Die Einrichtung ist schon stimmig allerdings 80er Jahre Standard, (mit der dazugehörigen guten Qualität).

Extreme Hitze in der Wohnung, da Dachwohnung.

Die Lage war sehr schön, direkt am Park

Keines der abgebildeten Fotos entsprach der Unterkunft .Es war eine Dachwohnung und es war sehr heiß...südseite..keine Rollläden .Wir konnten die Wohnung kaum nutzen, zum Schlafen war es extrem warm . Vom Vermieter kam keinerlei Reaktion, leider. Der Ventilator in der Wohnung konnte auch keine Abhilfe schaffen. An kühleren Tagen ist es im großen und ganzen eine schöne Wohnung aber im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.

Frei nach Hans Rosenthal: Das war Spitze

Wir haben selten einen so herzlichen Empfang erlebt. Gleich nach dem Einchecken gab es Ausflugstips und Wanderempfehlungen. Restauranttips brauchten wir nicht, weil wir am Abend noch das Weinfest besuchen wollten. Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig zum Park gelegen. Trotz Weinfest haben wir einen Parkplatz gefunden. Gerne wieder.

NICHT hier übernachten ist eine gute Idee!

sehr unfreundliches Personal. Als Willkommensgruß wurde mir gesagt: "Sie kommen sischer zum Weinfest! Eins kann isch Ihne sage: benehmen Sie sisch! Hier habe Sie sich zu benehme!" ... kein "Willkommen!" kein "Haben Sie gut zu uns gefunden?", kein "Ich wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt!". Das passt zum Rest des Hauses, das mit eingeschweissten Zetteln mit agressiven Ansagen zugepflastert ist. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht gut. Entgegen der Aggro-Zettel, die überall im Haus hängen wird dann doch nicht dafür gesorgt, dass Gäste mit überdimensionierten SUVs nicht mehrere Parkplätze blockieren (Hunde, die bellen ...). Wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind, muss man entweder weit weg außerhalb des Orts parken oder riskieren, abgeschleppt zu werden (und einen Aggro-Zettel ans Auto geklebt zu bekommen). Die Zimmer scheinen alle unterschiedlich zu sein, da es sich um private Ferienwohnungen handelt, die zentral vermietet werden. Unser Zimmer war extrem dunkel, klein und so vollgestellt dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Das Ganze mit dem spröden Charme der 1980er Jahre. Bei dem Preis kann man wirklich mehr erwarten. Ich komme sicher nicht wieder.

Überwältigend

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unheimlich freundlich, hat unsere Interessen abgefragt und passend dazu Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Ausfligstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen, Wanderrouten - über alles konnte der Herr Auskunft geben. Unser Hund wurde zur Begrüssung gleich mit Trockenfisch verwöhnt. Die Wohnung selbst war mit allem ausgestattet, was man selbst für längere Aufenthalte benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Stadtgarten gelegen und zwischen zwei Sackgassen. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, mehrere Spielplätze im Umkreis von 120m. Zur Stadtmitte zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten.

Hitzedesaster

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Haus, auch in ausreichender Anzahl.

Umgebung: Direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft die Bahnlinie, die Mo-Fr ab ca 4:30 -22:30 Uhr Uhr befahren wird und am Wochenende abends bis 23:30 Uhr und morgens dann ab ca. 6:00 Uhr. Ansonsten verläuft ein Park direkt hinter dem Haus, der am Wochenende auch gerne als Heimweg für laute Gesellschaften genutzt wird, wodurch man geweckt wird. Zimmer: Wir hatten ein Apartment unter dem Dach. Draußen waren es 28 Grad, im Zimmer 37 Grad. Die zwei kleinen Fenster konnten nur Nachts geöffnet werden, da ansonsten den ganzen Tag die Sonne darauf stand. Verdunklungsvorhänge gibt es nicht. Somit war es ab ca 4.30 Uhr taghell. Weil es für uns unerträglich warm war, haben wir nach einem anderen Zimmer (im 1. OG oder EG) gefragt. Wir wurden mit der Aussage abgespeist, An der Weinstraße ist es immer heißer, als an anderen Orten. Das Haus sei aus den 50ern, da kann man nichts machen. Alle Zimmer hätten diese Vorhänge. Klimaanlagen, gebe es nicht, man sei schließlich nicht in Amerika. Daraufhin sind wir kurzerhand am 2. Abend um 21 Uhr wieder abgereist, da es für uns bei knapp 37 Grad unmöglich war unser Kleinkind in einem so heißen, stickigen und hellen Raum zum Schlafen zu bekommen. Unser Kind war vorweg angekündigt und ist auch als Gast eingetragen worden. Ein Kinderbett oder Bettwäsche oder ein Handtuch für das Kind gab es nicht. Da wir unser Reisebett dabei hatten, war es für uns handhabbar, in Ordnung fanden wir es nicht. Wie die vorherigen Gäste beschreiben ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und wild zusammen gewürfelt. Das Sofa hatte zb kleine Löcher an der Lehne. Im Flur steht viel Dekoration herum (aber das ist ja geschmackssache), gestört hat es uns nicht. Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.
