Walkable to the Old Town which is the historic centre of Phuket.
Helpful staff/owners. Lift for higher floors, laundry facilities.
The room size was modest. Still very clean and relatively new.

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Great location which is just a short walk to the Old Town, very friendly staff, and very good housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it, it is also great value for money.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly
Bed was uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing. Felt like I was going to to roll over the side. Please test to verify.
Air conditioner needs to be serviced. Could not regulate temp. At minimum needs to be re gassed. Reported to staff member and he said this was normal for Thailand. It is not!
Every other hotel I could get air cool but not in this room. Asked for a portable fan which helped but still had to sleep on top of bed to stay cool.
