Very nice and helpful people. Clean room. WiFi with modern smart TV. All basic apliances available. My cat was allowed to stay there (for 5€/day) which is great! Parking at the front and grill available.
Value for money is not at the right level. Everything is old and needs maintenance (except forementioned TV, although at inadequate place, and the fridge). Toilett is not fixed right (it wobbles), shower cannot be fixed due to bad wall piece, the couch is not for more than 1 night, the bedroom had no adequate door... you cannot use the terrace if the AC is on due to AC unit fixed above the table blowing hot air. This should not cost more than 80€/day. Renovated I would pay 120€.
