An airy, first-floor apartment for 4 in the village of Kavran, this holiday home suits family or friends. Only 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by unspoiled countryside, this apartment is a comfortable base from which to explore southern Istria.
The apartment is reached via an outside staircase which leads to the sunny private balcony. Here, guests can dine al fresco, enjoying the panoramic views across the beautiful landscape. Large glass doors lead inside to the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a dining table and chairs, two single beds and a modern, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, drip coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.
Downstairs, the shared garden is ideal for relaxing, with a convivial dining table, a BBQ grill and children’s swings.

Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe
Extra: There are two single beds in the living room.

The separate, tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The apartment is on the edge of Kavran. Although it is inland, there are beautiful beaches nearby with crystal-clear water, ideal for scuba diving. Visitors can also hire kayaks or paddle boards to explore this lovely coast. Away from the beach there are hiking and cycling trails.
The ancient city of Pula (35 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to Pula’s famously well-preserved amphitheatre (Pula Arena) is a must, as well as the Temple of Augustus and the Forum. The Forum is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants. Visitors can explore the narrow streets, packed with history and cute boutiques.
For self-catering, visit Pula’s City Farmer’s Market (35 minutes). This is the place to pick up the freshest local ingredients, including fish and meat. It is open every day except Sunday.
Pula International Airport is just 25 minutes away.
