Bad management in nature

The view, nature, local restaurants

- Nobody was at the property although arrived in the afternoon. I had to wait around 15 minutes after I found a way to call them. Other customers tried to assist me without success. - There were no rubbish boxes inside the apartment and toilet. Collected myself. - The apartment was old fashined and seemed to me that no maintenance done for years. Rust observed at many spots. - Some safety problems if you do not follow the stairs. - Property Owners asked me to pay at 3rd day via booking claiming that I had to pay while check-in. No one was there to request the money during check-in and after they wrote this, we fixed a time to meet for me to pay, however they did not appear. - Property Owners then asked me to pay in cash, I said ok, however requested some signed paper that I paid it/they received it, they said I am the only customer who asked this and blamed me somehow. - Room door handle was free, fallling down itself. - No drinking water, water heater, no shampoo. - Not enough curtains at bed room, you wake up with sun. And so on..

We absolutely loved our stay here! 🌟 The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday right on the beach. The owners, Sonya and Vanja, were incredibly kind and exceptionally helpful – they truly made us feel at home. The location is ideal, with easy access for commuting to other cities and exploring the area. Porto is such a modern, stunning, and vibrant city, with lovely people around, and the coastline is simply beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended! ❤️

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Host is very nice, we were driving for 8+ hours so it was difficult to estimate the arrival time in a punctual manner. The host did everything to accommodate us earlier. The parking is close, host helped us with reservation. Having tanning beds and beach umbrellas free of charge is a huge plus on the private beach. Overall great choice for a long stay, the sea view is absolutely stunning. Very kind and considerate hosts wo do everything in their power to provide a great stay.

A perfect beachside stay with a lovely garden, great shade, and kind hosts ready to help.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment with a big garden out front, and a large round table surrounded by flowers that gave great shade and kept it nice and cool. The beach was right in front of us, literally 3 steps away. We had a perfect holiday with everything we needed to relax. The owners—a lovely mother and daughter—were super kind and were very helpful and proactive. We booked another stay in 2 weeks time.

A perfect, relaxing stay with a wonderful host in a beautiful location — we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Vila Marija. The location is perfect — quiet, yet close to the sea and restaurants. Our room was very clean, well-equipped, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us many great tips on things to do in the area. The WiFi was stable, and having a parking spot right in front of the house was a big plus. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back!

the view !!!, the balcony !!!, the "beach" (with small stones) the lady = the host ! there is a very good restaurant right next door.

in my booking was the room with 20 m2, but in real it was much less. I had the room with the "red interior images" terrible interior; ugly chandeliers - one is in the way at all, this "red" room is sooo ugly cheesy, it looks almost like in a cheap brothel. i would highly recommend to throw away the chandeliers and the terrible red garlands and this strange and scary picture on the right of the "citchen-courner". *There wasn't a real duvet, just what felt like a big towel with a blanket *the citchen wasnt that clean at all.

A great place to stay

Loved this place. The location is great, the beach is literally across the street. The balcony is the best part, you can relax and enjoy the great views of the bay. There is a great restaurant next door, and a small shop and bakery really close. The apartment was clean and we got fresh towels regularly. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were really nice, they also own a souvenir shop downstairs so you can also get your souvenirs at good prices.

Location is perfect. The view from the balcony is astonished. Very nice beach is just across the street. An excellent restaurant Big Ben is just next door with excellent food selection.

The tab in the kitchen was unreachable, placed under the cabinet.

Didn't get to try it!

When we arrived we were told via viber message that previous apartment guests contracted Corona and will not leave appartment. I doubt they contracted it the minute we arrived yet we weren't told until we arrived. We called the host, she answered and there was loud music and she told us to continue the conversation via message since she can't hear us and she wasn't around on location. She messaged us telling us alternate accomedations are arranged for us without much info about the new location exvept price. She sent her mom who didn't speak English. We asked her mom a few times to show us the new location on Google map but she did not understand. She told us to bring the car and follow her. We did, she led us to a guy that was going to take a motorized scooter to show us the new place. We canceled on the spot and booked something else. The whole experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional with very poor communication and no care. Had we been notified earlier we wouldn't have made the trip to Tivat.

The room was poor.

The location was good.. good view, beach was easily accessible and had few cafes closeby.

The room was too small and not enough space to keep luggage and even to walk. The bedding had a weird smell.. the bathroom had a weird smell. The shower room was tooo small, the shower itself was difficult to use. And the balcony is common and not attached to the room.

Ich würde wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren. Die Gastgeberinnen sind wundervoll – wir fühlten uns, als wären wir bei Freunden zu Besuch. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Außerhalb der Saison ist das Parken kostenlos und es gibt keinen Trubel, sodass alles ruhig und perfekt für Erholung war. Alles ist in der Nähe. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich das ausgezeichnete Restaurant Big Ben, in dem wir gegessen haben. Nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist Porto Montenegro, wo es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Speisen gibt – für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

Sjajna lokacija, lep pogled ali ima i mana

Pohvalila bih srdacnost gazdarice, dozvolila je da ostavim kofer i da se presvucem da bih mogla da iskoristim vreme na plazi do cekiranja. Svaki drugi dan dobijate ciste peskire i toalet papir. Jako lep pogled sa glavne terase do kuhinje (boravila sam u ljubicastoj sobi) i imate jako lepu plazu odmah preko puta. Prostor je cist i posteljina je lepo mirisala. Pohvalila bih jos i to sto su mi dozvolili da poslednji dan ostanem u apartmanu koliko god zelim jer sam imala vecernji let. Preko njih mozete i bukirati taxi do aerodroma 15e.

Pranje sudova u kuhinji je izuzetno nezgodno jer od ormarica ne mozete da stojite pravo nego morate ili da se iskrivite kao toranj u Pizi ili da se sagnete ispod ormarica (sto mi se cini nemogucim) tako da ako planirate da spremate svoje obroke ovo ce vam biti velika frustracija. Terasa bocno nema lep pogled jer sa jedne strane gledate u krov koji se koristi za prostiranje vesa, ali opet imate drugu terasu gde je pogled sjajan. Veliki minus je to sto je jedan dan bila oluja i soba u kojoj sam spavala je prokisnjavala na vise mesta uz zid - morala sam da stavim vise peskira koji su bili skroz mokri. Na svu srecu kisa je brzo prestala pa dalje nije bilo problema, ali se nadam da ce ubuduce taj problem biti saniran.

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause

Die Gastgeberinnen Sanja und Vanja sind immer da, um bei allem zu helfen. Vanja haben wir zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, falls wir etwas brauchten. Sanja wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Haupthauses und ist immer vor Ort. Sanja hat uns sogar vor dem eigentlichen Check-in empfangen, da wir früher angekommen sind, und sie hat uns einen hausgemachten Kaffee angeboten. Da das Apartment schon fertig war, konnten wir sofort einziehen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

בעלי המקום אנשים נחנגים מאד, זמינים לשאלות ושמחים לענות. הדירה היתה נרייה ונוחה, ממוקמת מול החוף במרחק של פסיעות בודדות. חוף קסום. בסמוך לדירה בתי קפה, מקומות בילוי וסופר מרקט. נשמח לחזור לנפוש שם שוב.

המטבחון היה קטן מאד, אבל זה ממש שולי. הצלחנו לבשל את מה שרצינו.
