Apartment Villa Marija

Vanja and Sanja were the two kindest, most helpful hosts ever! No matter what we needed, they were available in matters that far surpassed our expectations. The room was extremely clean, fresh towels everyday. We could use the property sun beds and bring them to the beach across the road. Our highlight was the wonderful morning coffee on our little terrace, overlooking the water and mountains. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Highly recommended! Vanja arranged our airport transfer – all we had to do was send her our arrival time, and she took care of everything perfectly. Sanja welcomed us to the apartments, she is a wonderful and exceptionally kind lady.The location is fantastic, as soon as you step out of the apartment, you are practically on the beach and in the sea. The beach is huge, so you can choose the area and the type of access to the sea that suits you best. There are restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach..We truly had everything in one place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to come back again!

We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! We were especially impressed that a set of sun loungers for the beach, as well as beach towels, were provided for our use – a big compliment to the owners for such care and attention.We were also pleasantly surprised to receive fresh towels every other day, as well as regular restocking of toilet paper, which we truly did not expect since we had booked an apartment, not a hotel. It was precisely these details that positively surprised us at every step.The hosts are wonderful in every sense of the word, you can truly feel that they do everything from the heart and genuinely care about making their guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

The view, nature, local restaurants

- Nobody was at the property although arrived in the afternoon. I had to wait around 15 minutes after I found a way to call them. Other customers tried to assist me without success. - There were no rubbish boxes inside the apartment and toilet. Collected myself. - The apartment was old fashined and seemed to me that no maintenance done for years. Rust observed at many spots. - Some safety problems if you do not follow the stairs. - Property Owners asked me to pay at 3rd day via booking claiming that I had to pay while check-in. No one was there to request the money during check-in and after they wrote this, we fixed a time to meet for me to pay, however they did not appear. - Property Owners then asked me to pay in cash, I said ok, however requested some signed paper that I paid it/they received it, they said I am the only customer who asked this and blamed me somehow. - Room door handle was free, fallling down itself. - No drinking water, water heater, no shampoo. - Not enough curtains at bed room, you wake up with sun. And so on..
