Kukučka Lomnica - Tatranská Lomnica

The location was perfect, views was wonderful.

The room was comfortable, but it didn’t have air conditioning (and before booking I haven’t even think to check if there is a air conditioner in the room as we were booking the hotel room in the Europe and one of the most popular high Tatra’s town), so with 30 degrees outside it was’t pleasant stay. The curtains in the room in the morning wasn’t useful at all as from 5 AM in the morning the room was so bright it was impossible to sleep. Also, we have stayed for three nights and only once there was cleaner inside and it even haven’t change all the towels or throw out all the garbage. For a hotel service and price - it us not acceptable.

Everything is consistently amazing every time - we have been back 3 times now. It’s clean, cosy & the staff are very helpful. It’s close to some fantastic restaurants and all the hiked & trails. Very easy to get to via taxi from poprad (which can be organised for you by the hotel!) or via the local public transport. The rooms and amenities are all 10/10 and the views and peacefulness is perfect.

Nothing - everything is great.

Location was excellent we did on foot everything. Lomnicky Stit cable car was approx 5 mins on foot, Lokál Restaurant 5 mins too, city center, bus station, train station 5-10 mins. 50 kW car charger (ZSE, 0,49 EUR/kW) 1 min with car (only 1 CCS slot) Breakfast was excellent, don't miss it. Beds were super comfy.

Beds were a little bit noisy, and the doors and walls was made from real wood without finish. Itt looks cool but all doors did hurt our hands, legs, back etc. splinters everywhere - be patient!

Location, decor, kids play room

Lots of hidden costs, the offer was advertised as breakfast included but we had to pay 14 euros per person per day. Sauna paid extra 20 euros per 1 visit per person. We were treated as guests of different category (we’ve booked an apartment) as compared to hotel guests. Very poor service, we’ve asked for a baby high chair 3 times and we never got one. The room was not cleaned even once during our stay, the towels not changed or rubbish taken away. Our apartment was supposed to have a fireplace but did not have one. For this amount of money look for something else!!!
