Bersih, selesa tapi tangga tak boleh bincang haha..level 2, kalau pintu masuk ke dalam atau bukak dari belah kanan is much better..overall ok sebab paling murah kat bandar kyoto..dekat dengan tmpt shopping..
tangga dia jela..tapi ok je sbb 2 malam je stay.

the location is super convenient for accessing any visiting sites and also shopping malls.
The facilities were not modern and there was no clothes hangers in any rooms.

This place was in a good location and very spacious for our group of 7. It was about 10mins away from the station and less than that for shopping and food. The nearby convenience store is a plus too .
The place wasn't very clean. We noticed mold in several places and the floors were quite dusty. A small inconvenience is the bedroom upstairs and air conditioning. You can't close the door or else 2 beds don't get any air.
