Cas Padrins

So the Apartment is listed on google maps as "cas padrins" which helps if your driving to the place from Palma like we did.The host provided the code for the lockbox by the door and we got into the place easily enough. By the way there is plenty of parking space around the back of the property as the front gets busy. the Apartment is very clean, tidy and organised. Even the cutlery, pots and pans were neatly arranged. We liked the decor. There were clean towels and lots of room for a family of six. There is a nice inner courtyard which catches the sun from about midday onwards. Separate laundry room is useful. The seating area is lovely. nice corner sofa. Dining table for 6 too. Decent size tv and wifi. overall we never felt cramped at all so there is space for a family of six. our family is 2 adults and 4 children. Host promptly responded to a problem with a door. Dealt with quickly with no fuss.

We would suggest that a house number plate is put up as we had a little difficulty locating the right place. This would make it easier for first time visitors. There wasnt a "Welcome pack" They are useful when we have come across them when staying elsewhere. We would suggest the owners create one which contains a local map, local restaurants etc, guides for things to do. wifi info, guidance on turning on the calor gas cooker, etc. any kind of useful information. Just makes things smoother.

La ubicación muy cerca del paseo, espacioso y con fácil aparcamiento. Habitaciones con mobiliario nuevo.

La limpieza en general y más concretamente en el baño. La falta de mantenimiento y el desorden general, nada que ver con las fotos. Luces que no funcionan y el wifi fallaba seguido, no pudimos usarlo. Ventiladores llenos de polvo. Decoración muy antigua y sucia, figuras y un espejo que no te ves de la suciedad, en general dejadez.
