About this apartment rental
2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Ceiling fans in every room, with only air conditioning in the room. About a quarter for couples with litter box and a collective TV. Another single bedroom with a treliche and a collective TV. In the living room has a sofa bed and a 32 Led TV with cable TV and a DVD, has two single mattress, an American kitchen with all household appliances and a small electric barbecue, Has WI_FI signal for Internet, has hair dryer has electric shampoo and electric razor, has beach chairs and two sun umbrellas and frescobol inside the apartment, has games of lady, has dominoes and deck inside the apartment, I leave clean sheets lined and passed already in beds with pillowcases and pillows . Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The building has a leisure square and has a beach shower and has 24 hour security cameras, now in December until Carnival has night guard at night porter and by day we have the caretaker, there is no garage but locals and guests leave the car parked in front of the building and by having the forum in front of the building there is policing passing on site by day and night now in December until Carnival double policing are housed in a school next to the forum, Guests will be welcomed, the building is in a great location has everything close to you need, is at the beginning of the beach of Enseada next to Pitangueiras beach, the distance from the building to the beach you walk on foot for about 3 minutes, there is no court on the street of the beach. Boa tarde! confesso que ao procurar no site tive um pouco de medo, mais nada que logo após varias pesquisas e comentários satisfatórios sobre o imovível, me fizesse optar por este!
ao chegar no local eu e minha família fomos recibemos com muito carinho e atenção, o apartamento é sensacional(...) tem tudo que você procura, em falar que fica em uma região extremamente segura, com supermercado próximos, restaurantes , pizarias e entre outras comodidades.
Sobre os proprietários são pessoas super-confiáveis, tem um carinho todo especial pelo os seus hospedes, deixa tudo organizado p/ melhor atender.
quero deixar aqui os meus parabéns pelo o apartamento e p/ vcs Elaine e Ricardo, que vcs continue c/ este sucesso e este carinho eu e minha Família agradece, fossemos muito bem recepcionados.

Amamos nossos dias no apto. Elaine muito atenciosa em tirar todas as dúvidas, e nos deixando à par de tudo! Ricardo tbm, muito receptivo, pois estava lá quando chegamos para nos receber e explicar tudo! Enfim, adoramos e QUERO MUITO voltar em breve! Perto da praia, supermercados, anfim, simplismente perfeito. Adoramos os "mimos" e presentes! Obrigada!!! Sempre amamos nossas idas ao Guarujá, mas dessa vez foi especial, por ter sido de última hora, tudo em cima, foi um presente de Deus!
