Perto de tudo. Apto bem organizado. O proprietário é muito atencioso. e auxilia em tudo que for necessário.
A portaria do prédio tem muita segurança e organização. Os moradores de Santos são muito receptivo e fazem amizade com facilidade. Adorei o passeio.
