Kontakt, obsluga, parkowanie przy wejściu fo budynku to niewątpliwe plusy tego obiektu.
Apartament suite, nienależy do najbardziej komfortych. Łóżko trzeszczące przy każdym ruchu. Drzwi wejsciwe ze szpara na palec, drzwi do łazienki z sypialni to właściwie plyta na zawiasach.. Pajęczyny i włosy poprzedników w odplywie brodzika nie zachęcają do powrotu.
