We stayed here as a family and had a very good experience. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to stay with kids. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and everything within walking distance.
The staff was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a convenient and practical option for a family stay in the city. We would definitely consider coming back.

La ubicación
Uno de los baños no funcionaba , dijeron que vendrían a arreglarlo pero no lo hicieron. El motivo principal por el que contraté ese departamento y no otro fue porque tenía dos baños y uno no puedo usarse.
Respecto de la limpieza, encontramos un vaso de yogurt y elementos (ampolla para el cabello) en el baño. Tierra en los muebles

Excelente ubicación y atención tanto por WhatApp como al momento de entregarnos las llaves. El departamento es cómodo, muy amplio y luminoso. Me resultó muy conveniente que tuviera una cocina con horno y lavarropas. Volveremos!

The location and the management staff. The location is excellent!
The apartment needed a good cleaning not to mention the mold in the living wall under the window and the wall under the bedroom window. The fan in the bedroom had one speed high! The maintenance person could not fix. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked sometime but would stop working. The floors may have been swept but were not clean. But the management was very responsive and sent a team to clean. They also sent a maintenance person as the guest bathroom toilet didn’t work but was fixed. And he couldn’t fix the safe and could not be used!
The mattress needs to be replaced, it’s like a very soft bouncy house. We also had to purchase our own cleaning products for washing machine, bathroom cleaner. We have used bookings all over the world and this was by far very disappointing for $165 per night. 4 star hotels in the area were as little as $120. Highly recommend a booklet on how to use the air conditioners and tv which was not a smart tv.
