Great communication from the owner and apartment manager. Nice walkthrough for check in. Great views from balcony and shower. Secure building with evening door attendant. Ubers are plentiful. Comfy bed.

The location was the best aspect. There was a shopping mall and several smaller grocery stores nearby. It was close to a subway stop and there were street fairs on the week.
