Die Terassen und der Pool.

Die Türen haben geklemmt und schließen nicht gut. Kein Besen vorhanden und kein Staubsauger vorhanden. Aufgrund des hohen Preises haben wir etwas mehr Exklusivität erwartet.

The pool

Great location - can walk into both Costa Adeje and Las Americas. There's also electric scooters you can use an app to hire near the entrance. Excellent kitchen facilities, including coffee machine. Large patio area with sun all day, and spacious living area. Good aircon in bedrooms (though none in living areas). Great water pressure in the shower. Quiet at night.

Only 3 sunbeds despite 5 pictured. The place needs some maintenance, e.g. handle hanging off bathroom door, and lots of pool tiles missing. The pillows on the bed were really small and uncomfortable. No mirror in the twin bedroom for getting ready. Also for info- only a very small section of the pool is shallow enough to stand in, and this is the opposite side to where the ladders are. This meant for someone in our group who can't swim they couldn't access the pool at all.

It was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped

It’s was very dated, floors had a lot of water damage! Bathroom needs updating. Bathroom door had no catch so didn’t even shut. One of the bedroom doors was the same. The pool was absolutely Baltic and kids couldn’t go in it! Tv didn’t work! WiFi only work in one side of the house. The hot water take could have been bigger, took forever for 5 of us to have a shower as had to wait for water to heat up.
