The apartment is spacious enough, has two rooms and a huge terrace with a sea view and a big table - a great place to have meals. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. The sofa might be a bit awkward for adults, but our kids said it was ok for them. The apartment is a bit up the hill, but it’s not difficult to reach and the location is perfect - it’s equally close to the beach, the old town, and the port. I advise taking a boat to the old town from the port - they depart every 15 mins and cost only 20 kunas for adult and 10 kunas for kids. You will have a chance to make cool pics and enjoy the sea ride instead of walking past the rushing cars and motorbikes- unfortunately local narrow streets have no lanes for pedestrians. Overall we very much liked the place and Okrug Gorny in general- the beaches are shallow enough and long with small pebbles, there is a long promenade along the sea with numerous restaurants and bars and you can rent a paddle boat or a kayak or enjoy the water park if you are not much into just lying in the sun. And the old town of Trogir is really charming - we liked it even more than Split for its homy feel.
