Sadly just a one night stopover as close to the airport but exceptional value for money and very comfortable stay

Not recommended

No recommended. The host does not read the comments by booking: she prepared one room although I asked for two because we are not a couple. Then bought linen for me and asked me to prepare the bed myself. She did not give us any blankets nor cover sheets although it was cold, she said she had not. After struggling finally she gave it to us. Check out at 10:00 she came to us 2 minutes before. Additionally we had to pay 30€ in cash for check in at 22:30. This was not indicated while booking. The same with caution 200€ which the host wanted us to pay, no info before. Finally she kept our ID cards till check out what is also not allowed normally. Strongly not recommendedy, not worth price no stress. I am upset and disappointed

The best option near TROGIR

It was a nice, cosy, spacious apartment with great view. Two bedrooms, big kitchen with all the equipment you need, big bathroom. The host was friendly and there was no problem with the guarantee. I will definitely visit it again

Everything was very good, Ivana is a very kind, respectful host, we even got a farewell bottle of croatian wine from her. Thanks a lot for everything, Ivana.

There is coffeemaker on list, but we didnt get 'cause it was broken.... So this is a minus, sorry Ivana (you said that is unlisted, but is still there on list right now and even on pictures too)

A perfect place

The great view from the balcony, very nice and clean apartment, with all needed facilities to stay for a longer period. Bath products available, including detergent for clothes. The host was very friendly, she offered us welcome cookies and juice. Highly recommended for a perfect vacation.

Exceptional

Fantastic place! Very nice and clean apartment with amazing views. Ivana (the owner) is a very nice, kind and helpful person. You pay a deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay (if nothing is damaged - which is obvious). 5-7 minutes of walk to the nice beach with bars, restaurants and shops. I'll definitely come back again!

Ahome from home for a really relaxing break. Ivana made us feel very welcome and safe.

Grear views of the sea and hills, super comfy beds with full shutter blinds for a great nights sleep. I loved how light and bright the apartment was and it was really well equipped- ridiculously good value for the space we had. loved having breakfast in the sun on the balcony which was such a treat at the end of October

Superb

The apartment is very cosy with remarkable view at the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped. And you can find everything you want in a flat for comfortable living. The owner is very hospitable. She even prepared some snacks before our arrival. That was great as we were very hungry after our traveling. The nice beach is not so far from the apartment. It is clean and there is a public toilet and a changing room.

The beach is not so far (just 7-10 min) but you must go up to the hill to get to the apartment. For us it wasn't a big problem)))

Ganz okay

Großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.

Es war schon okay, aber es war schon etwas schmutzig. Der Fußboden hatte einen komischen Schleier und fühlte sich leicht klebrig an. Es gab überall ein paar kleine Mängel und Schmutzecken, aber für eine Nacht schon in Ordnung. Die Dame wollte unsere Ausweise oder 150€ Kaution, das war etwas ungewöhnlich, da wir das in den 3 Wochen durch Kroatien nicht einmal hatten. Aber vielleicht gab es da mal Vorfälle.

UNE SEULE CHOSE LA VUE

1:l'accueil déplorable 2: l'accès par des routes dangereuses 3 la liste est longue !!.. État général sale partout, mégot dans une bouteille sur la terrasse, lave vaisselle plein d'un précédent séjour, table de salon sale pas d'éponge pas de torchon, pas de tapis de salle de bain un fond de papier toilette, abord de l'appartement linge par terre en haut de l'escalier sceau de menage qui traîne , le Harvard exposé 9 ne mérite absolument pas ce logement . 7h du matin réveil par la propriétaire raclement de gorge lors du check out de l'appartement d'a côté. Demande de caution de 200 euros et prise de nos papiers, la confiance règne ..insupportable du jamais vu !!explication furtive et personne pas agréable surmenée ou agacée des touristes en fin de saison- A FUIR !!! m'a demandé de mettre ma poubelle en bas, bref la plus MAUVAISE expérience sur Booking.

Kurz: Gezahlt und wieder abgereist!

Wir hatten morgens nachgefragt. ob es möglich wäre, das App. früher zu beziehen - es hat sehr geregnet an diesem Tag - das hätten wir für 20 Euro zusätzlich machen können. Wir sind dann gegen Nachmittag angereist, die Wohnung war sehr schwer zu finden. Als wir endlich angekommen sind, hätten wir 200 Euro Deposit zahlen sollen und unsere Ausweise bis zum nächsten Tag abgeben sollen. Beides - 200 Euro und Ausweise - hätten wir nach Kontrolle der Zimmer wieder bekommen. Solch ein Verhalten sollte auf der booking Seite vermerkt werden - das haben wir bei unseren vielen Reisen noch nie erlebt und wir empfanden das als sehr unüblich und unfreundlich. Es gab auch keine Diskussionsmöglichkeit. So haben wir uns dann entschlossen, wieder abzureisen. Soll die Dame/Vermieter mit den 50 Euro, die wir bezahlt haben, glücklich werden.

Csodálatos hetet töltöttünk a családommal Ivanánál. Gyönyörű szép és tiszta lakás fogadott. Minden igényt kielégítően felszerelt volt a lakás. Közel volt a csodálatos tengerpart. Az óváros 20 perc sétára található. A panoráma lenyűgöző. A szállásadó egy agyal, csak hozzá mennék jövőre is.
