Although an older cabin for the price it was great so cannot complain it was all we needed and had a good sleep after a huge trip from the North Island. Other amenities were close by. We had a toilet and shower plus fridge in our cabin so very happy.
For the price and what we got there is nothing I did not like.

The location was excellent and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. When we could not get wifi the hosts set us up on a different system.
The bed was comfortable and the room included a television, tea and coffee facilities incl. milk. There was a settee and your own bathroom with a shower. Pak n Save was about a 10 minute walk. Parking next to the unit was good.
The decor was very dated with patches of wallpaper missing from several walls of the room and the cleanliness was below what I would have anticipated (particularly the light fittings). Some glasses for drinking water would have been nice.
The camp kitchen was also in need of a major clean, particularly above the cooking hobs and the air conditioning unit was needing a thorough clean.

Central location.
Bed comfortable, linen clean.
Room needed a clean to rid of bad smell.
Shared bathrooms are average rating. Initially shower setup isnt easy. Fortunately another camper came into the shower block when I was working it out and helped me.
