Localização e simpatia da proprietária na prontidão em levar uma máquina de café quando a solicitei.
Do apartamento não possuir ao condicionado e ter fraca iluminação no quarto e inexistente no corredor de entrada. Contudo, pela excelente varanda exterior e grande porta que possuia, a iluminação na sala era excelente.

Não ter máquina de lavar loiça
A máquina de lavar roupa está bastante obsoleta, quase não conseguimos ligar.
A luminosidade da casa é muita fraca.

2° linha da praia, condomínio com piscinas asseadas, elevadores. apartamento com boa área, boa varanda, remodelado, não houve necessidade de ventoinha, nem AC, boa luminosidade, estacionamento dentro dos limites do condomínio. Perto de comércio. Zona sossegada.
Sofá não confortável, tábua de engomar bastante usada com altos na estrutura. Estendal na varanda de cordas a precisar de ser renovado.
Como o apartamento está perto do elevador, é propício a barulho, as conversas das pessoas é incomodativo, no entanto este aspeto não é da responsabilidade do local mas da não noção das pessoas.

We told the host it would be a late arrival because of our flights and he agreed that it was ok. No one met us. We did not know the number of our apartments or the exact address for the taxi. After many emails and calls we eventually got a txt in Portuguese with the numbers of our apartments. It was 0230am before we could get to our apartments. The host was aware we had 5 children with us. It was very unfair on them.
