The view
No air conditioning and someone took our parking spot and they didn’t really do anything about it.

The view was absolutely phenomenal. The location was perfect!!!!! This location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops.
I feel there is a strong need to better sleeping. The living room bed is a futon. If slept on as an unfolded twin, it is quite comfortable. However, if unfolded to turn into a full size bed, you can really feel the wood slats. The bedroom has a full size or queen mattress, but it is incredible hard. My back could not handle the pain. If at least the mattress were updated, it would be a game changer. It’s a shame because the outdoor space, consisting of two balconies, is a beautiful amenity.
