Easy communication with host by wechat, good to show address to driver. In person welcome for check in. The studio is located in a modern district close to Yangji subway (line 1). The place is smaller than 55sqm but is compliant with pictures. Air cond and hot water OK. The place is quiet. Host is reactive when we need something. Housekeeping is done every day. Coffee, water and tissues available at check in.
Wifi worked for laptop but not for smartphone. Tobacco smell at check in. The bed is noisy, pillow can be improved.

Accomodation is located in a residential complex in close proximity to the city centre. Convenient to get around from this location.
There is a lack of towels provided for the amount of guests that can stay in one room, the hot water will run for a few minutes before going cold. There are some other residents that smoke in the lift even though it’s non smoking and the lifts take quite a long time to arrive on your floor.
